Martin W. Edelman

Martin W. Edelman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1974 and earned a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1977.  Mr. Edelman is admitted to the New York Bar (1978) and is recognized as a leading construction accident attorney in New York City.  He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Court Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Claims Court.

Myron S. Rosen

Myron Rosen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College of the City of New York in 1960 and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1963.  He is admitted to the New York Bar (1964) and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  Mr. Rosen practices personal injury litigation and is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

David M. Schuller

David M. Alana Landa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 2002 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 2005.  She was admitted to the New York bar in 2006. She is also an attorney who is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Sheila Weinstein

Sheila Weinstein obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (1978) and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School (1981) and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1982.  She is also another attorney of the firm who has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
